Company Secretary (Chennai, on-site)
CS with 1–3 years of post-qualification experience in MCA filings, board secretarial work and ROC compliance. Experience with SPICe+, MGT and AOC forms required. ICSI member preferred.
GST & Tax Executive (Chennai, on-site)
Graduate in Commerce or CA inter with experience in GST return filing, TDS and Income Tax returns. Proficiency in GSTN portal and Tally is essential.
Trademark Paralegal (Chennai, on-site)
Graduate with an interest in intellectual property. Familiarity with IP India portal, trademark classes and search procedures preferred. Full training provided.
Technology Associate — Web & ERP (Chennai, on-site)
Full-stack developer with experience in PHP/Laravel or Node.js, and basic experience with ERP configuration (Tally, Zoho or Odoo). Prior exposure to a professional services firm is a plus.
