How long does trademark registration take in India?

Registration timelines vary substantially depending on examination, objections, opposition and Registry processing. Filing can ordinarily be completed promptly after receipt of the required documents. You may be able to use the ™ symbol from the day of filing; the ® symbol may be used only after the registration certificate is granted.

Can I use the ™ symbol immediately after filing?
